Delivery Charges
Urban Botanist have delivery fee of $12.00 nationwide for plants and pots. For accessories such as our Cloning Paste, this will be determined by region. 

Delivery Times & Dispatch 
For plant orders we dispatch orders weekly on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you place an order on a Wednesday we will dispatch the following week.

We will do our best to dispatch other items the same day if purchased before 2pm or the next business day.

North Island deliveries generally take 1-2 business days, South Island deliveries will take 3 days. For rural address please add an extra day.
Please let us know by emailing darcy@urbanbotanist.nz if your order hasn’t been received within this time frame, and we will track your order for you.

Leaving Deliveries
A signature is not required for any Urban Botanist orders. If you are away from home, please leave a note when placing your online order so the courier driver can leave your parcel in a safe spot. E.g away from the dog or blaring hot sun.
Delivery Addresses
We accept business and residential addresses for delivery. PO BOX address won't be accepted.
Pickups
For any local Aucklander's feel free to choose the free pick-up option, we can organise a good time to suit.

Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately we can not accept any refunds or exchanges.
Our plants are securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit. If the rare case your plants do arrive damaged, please contact us with photographic evidence so we can raise a claim with the courier company.
